Digital Products:
Non-Refundable: Please note that all sales of digital products, such as song downloads and full CD downloads, are final. We do not offer refunds for digital purchases.
All Sales Final: Once a digital product has been purchased and made available for download, the transaction is considered complete and cannot be reversed.
Physical CDs (Shipped):
Defective CDs: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective CD, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and describe the defect. We may request that you return the defective CD to us for assessment.
Replacement Process: Upon verification of the defect, we will ship a replacement CD to you at no additional cost.

FAQs (Kimbo: Frequently Asked Questions)
Can I download Kimbo music directly to my phone? Yes, but with a small caveat. Most mobile devices (especially iPhones) do not allow direct MP3 downloads from a web browser into your music library.
- Recommended Method: Download the files to a computer first, then sync them to your phone via Apple Music/iTunes (iOS) or via USB/Cloud Storage (Android). Find Download Instruction Here.
- Mobile Phone Method: Download the files to your iphone and play songs directly from the Files app.
- Streaming Alternative: You can also find Kimbo Children's Music on popular streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music for easy mobile listening.
Where is my Activity Guide? Activity Guides are included exclusively with the purchase of a full album or CD. Please note: Activity Guides are not available for individual song purchases and not all albums have guides. You can access your guide in one of two ways depending on your purchase format:
- For Digital Downloads: When you download a full digital album, the Activity Guide is included as a PDF file within the downloaded folder. Simply unzip the folder on your computer to view and print the guide.
- For Physical CDs: The guide is located inside the CD jewel case or as part of the printed insert.
